研究领域
本课题组综合运用细胞和动物模型(包括基因敲除动物与转基因动物模型)及体外化学体系,从整体动物、组织、细胞和分子等多个层次上致力于理解以下问题:(1) 硒与活性氧/氮在糖尿病发生发展中的作用及其机制;(2) 糖脂代谢紊乱的分子机制及药物干预;(3) 硒蛋白的生物学功能及其与重大疾病的关系。
