个人简介
郑炎松 (Dr. Yan-Song Zheng),教授,博导。1982年华中师范大学化学系学士,1996年中国科学院化学研究所博士,1999-2001香港大学化学系博士后,2002-2004美国密西西比大学药物化学系访问学者。主持完成了3项国家自然科学基金面上项目,1项教育部留学回国基金和诸多横向课题,2010年获得湖北省自然科学基金三等奖,现正在主持1项国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目以及1项国家自然科学基金面上项目。在Chem. Soc. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Mater, Chem. Commun., Org. Lett.等杂志上发表SCI收录的通讯作者和第一作者论文近百篇,有3篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,H-index 大于20。获得授权发明专利4项。参与编著编写学术专著1本,有机化学教材1本。
研究领域
1.基于聚集诱导发光 (AIE)的园偏振发光 (CPL) 材料研究
具有聚集诱导发光 (Aggregation-Induced Emission,AIE) 特性的有机分子,在溶液中没有荧光,在聚集状态下能产生强烈的荧光,在有机发光二极管(OLED)以及生物成像、医学诊断、分子传感器等方面具有重大的应用价值,引起了极大的重视和广泛的关注, 2015年被Thomson Reuters评为在化学与材料科学领域第二大顶级研究前沿。我们首次提出将分子的手性与AIE特性联系起来,进行手性识别,发现手性AIE分子用于手性识别和对映体纯度定量分析具有特别高的选择性,特别高的灵敏度和特别广泛的适用性。
2. AIE大环化合物的合成及分子识别和自助装性能研究
将AIE分子连接成大环后,由于环状化合物比开链化合物刚性更强,按照AIE分子内运动受限(RIM) 机理,环状化合物将具有更强的荧光发射强度;环状化合物本身具有洞穴,通过洞穴大小和形状对客体分子的限制,可以显著提高AIE分子作为传感器的选择性。我们对一系列AIE大环分子的研究发现,大环在AIE现象增强、分析检测中灵敏度和选择性提高、客体分子调节荧光发射、超分子催化、AIE机理揭示和证明、四苯乙烯螺旋手性应用、分子储存、分离和释放等方面比开链AIEgen分子具有更大优势,见课题组发表的深度综述论文,Chem. Soc. Rev. 2018, 7452。例如我们发现AIE大环折叠体形成的发光纳米粒子,用十多种硝基芳香烃做淬灭实验时,其荧光更容易被爆炸物TNT淬灭,可用于检测每毫升空气中飞克级TNT, 相当于探测犬的灵敏度,是目前荧光分析方法中灵敏度最高的。
