研究领域
1.反应分离耦合技术
进行反应精馏、反应精馏萃取、反应精馏膜分离等多单元耦合技术的应用基础研究,涉及过程多尺度模拟,非平衡级模拟,动态模拟,多态分析,控制系统的建立等。研究体系包括环境友好汽油添加剂乙基叔丁基醚合成,乙醇汽油、醇醚类混合燃料制备,丁烯临氢异构,有机碳酸酯制备等。
2. 催化反应工程
阳离子交换树脂、分子筛催化剂等的微波介入改性表征,醚、酯、烯烃等合成反应动力学、热力学研究等。
3.反应器技术
拟开展微通道反应器的制造、流动、传质、传热规律及应用研究。滴流床反应器的实验 及模拟优化研究等。自热固定床反应器模拟优化等。
