个人简介

白吉刚,1999年获华中农业大学硕士学位,2002年获西南农业大学蔬菜学博士学位,2002年至今在山东农业大学生命科学学院工作。为生物化学与分子生物学国家教学团队骨干成员、作物生物学国家重点实验室学术骨干、泰山学者科研团队学术骨干。近年来参加和主持承担了国家自然科学基金、国家转基因植物研究专项、山东省自然科学基金等多项课题。在《PlantandSoil》、《PhysiologiaPlantarum》、《ScientiaHorticulturae》、《JournalofPlantPhysiology》、《JournalofPlantGrowthRegulation》、《ActaPhysiologiaePlantarum》、《BiologiaPlantarum》、《AppliedMicrobiologyandBiotechnology》、《园艺学报》、《中国农业科学》、《植物生理与分子生物学学报》等国内外学术刊物发表论文40余篇,在山东友谊出版社和StudiumPress(India)等出版社出版图书2册,获得国家专利1项。 教学工作 承担本科生《分子生物学》、《基础生物化学实验》、《花卉生物工程》等课程的教学工作。

研究领域

研究方向 1.黄瓜连作障碍与根际微生态:针对连作障碍这一生产问题,以黄瓜为实验材料,研究根际微生态,分析造成连作障碍的原因;配制微生物菌制剂,进行连作障碍的生物修复。 2.黄瓜抗性生理与分子生物学:从形态结构、生理生化、蛋白质组学以及表观遗传学等不同角度研究低温、高温、干旱、盐等逆境胁迫对黄瓜的影响;基于DNA甲基化,克隆并分析与黄瓜抗逆相关的重要功能基因;选育抗逆的黄瓜材料。 3.转基因生物安全评价共性技术:研究转基因生物的环境安全性,建立分析转基因植物非预期毒性和非预期致敏性的共性技术。华蜜蜂抗病抗逆分子生物学
