个人简介
郭萌萌,男,1985年9月出生,中共党员,食品科学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,加拿大UniversityofGuelph访问学者,国家(白酒)一级品酒师。
主讲课程:《软饮料工艺学》、《酿造酒工艺学》、《葡萄酒分析化学》。
主要成绩:主持国家自然科学基金1项,山东省重点研发计划1项,市级科技发展计划及产学研合作(横向)课题4项;发表学术论文10篇,其中第一作者SCI论文5篇,授权国家发明专利2项,申请发明专利5项;先后荣获山东省科学技术进步一等奖、泰安市青年科技奖、山东省优秀学士学位论文(指导教师)、山东省大学生科技创新大赛优秀指导教师等多项奖励和荣誉。
