学习经历 1998年8月-2002年6月陕西师范大学生物教育系获理学学士学位 2002年6月-2008年6月中科院新疆生态与地理研究所生态学专业硕转博连读，获理学博士学位国外交流经历 2012年4月-2013年4月美国杨百翰大学/访问学者 2016年5-8月西班牙胡安卡洛斯大学/访问学者 2014年11月通过中国科学技术交流中心的筛选，获澳大利亚工业部的邀请，赴澳实施“中澳青年科学家交流计划”（全国仅16人入选）工作经历 2008年7月-2010年12月中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所/助理研究员 2010年12月-2017年11月中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所/副研究员 2017年11月-2018年6月中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所/项目研究员 2018年6月-至今鲁东大学资源与环境工程学院/副教授（青年学科带头人）科研奖励（1）学术报告“土壤微生物在‘植物-土壤-微生物’复合体中的作用”获2015年第十四届中国生态学会大会青年优秀报告奖（2）2014年度第十三届新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学论文三等奖，获奖文章为“荒漠齿肋赤藓复水时突破资源限制性的叶倾角快速调整策略”，排名第一（3）2011年度新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学论文三等奖，获奖文章为“The role of non-photosynthetic microbes in the recovery of biological soil crusts in the Gurbantunggut Desert, northwestern China”，排名第一（4）2008-2009年度新疆维吾尔自治区科学技术进步一等奖，获奖项目名称“典型温带荒漠区原生植被对环境变化的响应与适应研究”，排名第12 （5）2006年度新疆维吾尔自治区科学技术进步三等奖，获奖项目名称“荒漠地表生物结皮形成机制及其生态功能研究”；排名第7
