研究领域
小麦作为三大主粮之一,其重要性不言而喻。不断提高粮食产量和改良品质,不仅是国家发展的重大战略需求,也是满足人们对美好生活不断追求的重要保障。小麦主要的食用部分是胚乳,即加工磨成的面粉,基于此,本人欲围绕小麦籽粒开展以下两个方面的工作,一是与小麦产量紧密相关的籽粒发育调控,二是小麦面粉品质的遗传基础
