个人简介

林忠旭,男,1978年2月出生,教授,博士,研究方向为棉花分子数量遗传学、图位克隆基因及分子标记辅助育种。1996-2000年在华中农业大学植物科学技术学院作物遗传育种专业学习,获农学学士学位。2000-2005年在植物科学技术学院攻读作物遗传育种博士学位(硕博连读),于2005年毕业,获得农学博士学位。2005年毕业后留校执教,在作物遗传改良国家重点实验室棉花课题组进行研究工作,主要从事棉花分子标记的开发、遗传图谱构建、数量性状定位、图位克隆基因、棉花导入系的构建和分子标记辅助育种。2009年1-8月在美国新墨西哥州立大学从事学术访问,进行棉花功能标记的开发与应用研究
