研究领域

⑴ 金属-有机骨架多孔材料的合成及应用研究。利用刚性及柔性带有多节点羧基或胺基配体为有机构筑基元,以过渡金属离子、主族金属离子、稀土离子或金属氧簇为无机构筑单元,合成具有特殊孔道、高孔体积、高比表面积的金属有机刚性及柔性骨架多孔材料,并对其热稳定性、气体吸附性能、气体分离性能、催化性能、发光性能、磁性性能、分子识别性能等性质进行系统的研究。 ⑵ 风湿病及类风湿病中药新药的研究。痹证(痹有闭的含义,即痹有闭塞、闭阻、不畅通的意思)是以经脉、肌肉、筋骨、关节等部位疼痛、重着、顽麻不仁、屈伸不利或关节肿大、僵直、畸形、肌肉萎缩为临床特征的一类疾病。由人体营、卫、气、血失调或气血亏损,腠理疏豁,以致风、寒、湿、热之邪乘虚袭入,壅塞经络,深入骨骱,久而为痹。相当于现代医学的骨关节疾病和部分胶原性结缔组织一类疾病。风湿热、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、增生性脊柱炎、强直性脊柱炎、坐骨神经痛、肩关节周围炎、骨质增生等病均属本病范畴。治痹用药,尤如用兵,功在审证求因,妙在配伍应证,若久痹顽证者,较为难治。该类疾病严重影响人们的健康和生活质量。因此,根据博大精深的中医理论研究开发服用方便、副作用小、效果显著的治疗风湿病及类风湿病的中药新药具有重要意义。
