个人简介

路勇,华东师范大学,教授、博士生导师。四川大学化学系物理化学专业学士,中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所物理化学专业博士。1997-2000年在中石化石油化工科学研究院于何鸣元院士指导下从事博士后研究,留院工作受聘高级工程师、任科研组长。2000-2004年先后在新加坡国立大学化工系和美国Auburn(奥本)大学化工系从事博士后研究。2004年8月入现职至今。入职后,紧扣“结构催化剂与反应器”这一国际新兴前沿,同步开展科学研究与应用开发,提出了金属Foam/Fiber基体“非涂层”原位催化功能化的“自上而下(Top-Down)”逆向设计策略,突破了“涂层技术”通适性差的局限性,将结构催化剂从规则2D空隙蜂窝和微通道结构拓展到了非规则3D空隙金属Foam/Fiber等结构,实现了反应器(Top)内流动和热/质传递与表界面(Down)催化反应的协同耦合,为众多C1能源化工反应过程存在的传质/传热限制等问题的解决以及为满足环境催化(VOC催化燃烧)和“模块”化工厂等对高通量、低压降等的特殊要求提供了新的技术途径。在煤/生物质基合成天然气(SNG)、甲醇制丙烯(MTP)、CO氧化偶联合成DMO及DMO加氢合成EG(煤制乙二醇)或乙醇酸甲酯(MG)或乙醇、甲烷干重整、催化精馏、VOCs/CH4催化燃烧等多个过程的应用中取得了良好效果,与香港中华煤气集团、中石化上海工程公司、上海浦景化工等建立了全面技术合作开发关系,有的技术已进入中试开发,个别催化剂已实现工业试制。主持包括国家基金委重大项目课题和面上项目、科技部“973”和“863”项目课题及上海市科委基础重点项目10余项。承担企业委托开发项目多项。在包括Sci Adv、iScience、ACS Catal、J Catal、Appl Catal B、Chem Commun、ChemSusChem、Green Chem、AIChE J等化工、催化和化学综合领域的国际著名学术期刊发表论文150余篇,H因子32。获授权中国发明专利30余件、美国专利2件,在申请中国发明专利20余件、PCT国际专利3件。现任中国化工学会化工过程强化专业委员会、中国稀土学会催化专业委员会委员、上海市化学化工学会物理化学专业委员会委员。 教育经历 1992/9 - 1997/8,中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所,物理化学,博士,导师:沈师孔 1988/9 - 1992/6,四川大学,物理化学,学士,导师:胡常伟 工作经历 2004/8 - 至今,华东师范大学,化学院,上海市绿色化学与化工过程绿色化重点实验室,教授 2001/11 – 2004/07,美国Auburn(奥本)大学,化工系,博士后(合作教授:Bruce J. 研究领域

结构催化剂及反应器(Structured Catalyst and Reactor, SCR)与过程强化 能源化工与绿色催化 C1化学与化工 一直致力于能源化学与化工、多相催化与催化材料、构件催化剂及反应器与反应过程强化等领域的研究。曾从事甲烷的活化转化新途径及转化制氢的基础研究,FCC催化剂孔道架构与功能化的关联等应用基础研究,FCC催化剂脱硫活性组元-金属氧化物-分子筛复合物的研发,烃类重整制氢及氢燃料的纯化的研究。目前致力于C1(甲烷、CO2、甲醇、合成气)化学与化工关键结构催化剂、高通量VOCs催化燃烧脱除结构催化反应器、小型燃料电池氢源技术创新科学基础、烃(醇)类临氧高选择性氧化中的新催化材料、金属-氧化物/氧化物-氧化物界面催化化学、催化精馏构件催化剂及其应用等方面的研究与开发。
