含氟药物和含氟材料(氟试剂、含氟药物及中间体、含氟液晶材料、含氟聚合材料、含氟电池材料、含氟润滑材料的制备和应用;氟废料回收) 一、以F2为基础的芳香化合物氟化研究 很多农药、医药、材料的分子结构中含有带氟原子、三氟甲基、二氟亚甲基取代基的芳香环,如何方便、安全、价廉地在芳香环上接入氟原子、三氟甲基、二氟亚甲基具有重要的意义。在芳香环上引入氟,工业上主要采用氟化氢、氟化钾等无机盐,但是其应用范围不广。氟气及其下游产品,包括SF4、SiF4、PF5、BrF3、ClF3、IF5、NF3、HOF.CH3CN、Selectfluor、BAST等,也能在芳环上上氟。其中SF4及其衍生物BAST用途最广,能很好地在芳香环上引入氟原子、三氟甲基、二氟亚甲基,这方面国外相关文献报道较多,但是在国内少有研究,特别是应用于工业化生产的实例更少。我在这方面比较有兴趣,并已做了一些前期工作,例如电解制氟,BrF3、IF5、NFSI等的工业化制备,SF4、BAST的实验室合成等。 二、含氟资源的可持续利用与回收 氟化物用途非常广泛,但是氟资源日益减少,工厂产生的含氟废物对环境的污染也很严重,因此含氟资源可持续利用与回收有着非常重要的意义。氟资源的回收主要包括氟离子回收、SF6回收、氟利昂回收、全氟表面活性剂回收、全氟磺酸离子交换膜回收、全氟聚合物回收等。广义的讲,废PP、PE等有机物、聚合物氟化后再利用也属于资源回收的范畴。氟化往往能够增强聚合物的润滑性能、防水防油性能、抗氧化性能、抗老化性能等。通过氟化改性方式对有机物、材料等改性后再利用也是资源可持续发展的一个方面。国外此方面的研究比较多,但是国内这方面做的工作比较少。我与贵州瓮福集团已就此方面开始合作:编织物氟化改性研究。 三、医药或农药中间体的合成工艺改进和工业化研究 除了氟化学研究,医药或农药中间体合成工艺改进,也是我们的研究重点。主要从事工业化研究工作,例如:爵内达龙中间体DIM产业化;1,2,3-三甲氧基苯的产业化;正缬氨酸的产业化等。
