研究领域
主要集中在有机反应方法学这一领域,具体包括以下三个方面:
(a). 噁唑碄配体目前在不对称催化领域是一类使用非常普遍的N配体,这类配体的合成和应用一般都有专利保护。对这类配体进行改造,以期开发出具有自主知识产权的一类新配体,并对新配体在不对称催化方面的应用进行研究。
(b). 对1,n-烯炔环化反应这个反应方法学领域的热点进行研究。通过设计新颖的1,n-烯炔反应底物,在成熟的催化体系下得到新的环化产物。设计和开发新的催化体系,应用到1,n-烯炔环化反应,以期在反应机理和反应方法学上有所突破。并对新的环化产物进行测试,以期得到具有生物活性的目标小分子。
(c). Pd(IV)中间体是近几年的一个研究热点,但对其的了解还是比较少。研究的重点将会集中在Pd(IV)中间体的形成、反应性能等方面。在此基础上发展出一类新的涉及Pd(IV)中间体的反应方法学。
