个人简介

受教育和工作经历: 2017至今,广州医科大学,基础学院,副教授 2014-2017,哈佛大学,博士后,导师:Harvey Cantor(美国科学院院士、艺术与人文学院院士) 2009-2014,广州医科大学,基础学院,讲师/副教授 2004-2009,中山大学,硕博连读,免疫学博士,导师:吴长有 科研项目主持国家自然科学基金、省市厅级等各类项目十余项,目前在研经费40多万元。 学术成果 1.阐明了转录因子Blimp1通过调控IL-2R-pSTAT5和IL-23R-pSTAT3轴调控Tfr发育分化和维持。 2. 阐明了骨桥蛋白通过作为桥连接蛋白,促进Bcl6-NuRD复合体的形成,进而同NURD复合体介导的表观遗传学调控Tfr和Tfh的早期分化发育。该部分以第一作者发表在PNAS上 (影响因子9.6)。 3. 发现了在白血病AML中存在一群功能失调的CD8+T细胞,其表型为PD-1+TIGIT+CD226-。该群细胞与AML的临床预后呈相关性。发表SCI论文10余篇,总计影响因子40多分。
