个人简介

哈尔滨医科大学理学硕士，电子科技大学工学博士，2011年破格晋升副教授，2015年破格晋升教授。NucleicAcidsResearch、BriefingsinBioinformatics、Bioinformatics等十余种杂志评审专家。在国内较早涉足生物信息学领域，熟悉国内外的研究背景和现状，在高通量表达数据、生物网络分析、分子生物学数据库构建、造血干细胞发育、非编码RNA与细胞自噬调控机制等方面已经积累了坚实的研究基础。主要研究方向是自噬与造血干细胞发育的计算生物组学研究，主持国家自然科学基金、黑龙江省自然科学基金等多项课题，参与了973计划前期研究专项与国家863高科技计划项目等多项课题，以通讯作者和第一作者发表SCI论文20多篇，研究成果连续发表在NatureCommunications、Autophagy、NucleicAcidsResearch、RNA、Bioinformatics等国际知名学术期刊。
