智能药物载体,趋磁细菌生物矿化,功能纳米材料,生物流体相平衡,微乳液与超临界微乳液相平衡与临界现象 研究兴趣 1、多功能纳米药物载体 药物与载体相结合形成药物载体系统后,药物的吸收和分布不再由药物本身决定,而是受到载体的理化性质的影响。根据临床要求选择适当的载体材料,不仅可以将药物输送到靶器官,而且对于药物的理化性质和药理活性也起到有益的作用。我们的目标是:综合运用现代化学的理论和方法,用生物大分子为药物载体,采用超临界微乳液和常压微乳液软模板制备智能药物载体,通过功能纳米材料掺杂,实现脂质体的靶向(磁靶向、pH靶向)、控释药物(温控、光控、磁控)、荧光示踪(在活体细胞、动物体)的功能,探讨脂质体药物载体的制备、结构、性质与功能的关系。 2、趋磁细菌生物矿化及其应用 趋磁细菌是一类特殊的能够沿地球磁场或者外加磁场方向定向运动的细菌,它能够产生生物矿化的磁小体,磁小体在细胞内呈链状或丛状排列,且晶体颗粒由一层生物膜包被,不易聚集。在生物、医学、地理、环境化学等方面具有广泛的应用。我们的目标是:采用控制生物矿化的过程,实现特殊磁性质的磁细菌的生物矿化,探讨最佳的趋磁细菌的生物矿化过程和趋磁细菌中磁小体的提取分离。研究该磁小体在靶向和磁控制释放药物载体中的应用。 3、功能纳米材料的制备 微乳液具有热力学稳定性、光学透明性、组成灵活性等特点。我们的目标是:采用微乳液作为功能材料制备的软模板,制备各种具有各种特殊功能的纳米材料(荧光碳点、荧光纳米材料、荧光纳米合金、半导体量子点、超顺磁性纳米材料、光-热转换材料等)。 4、人体胆汁相平衡及其影响因素 由于现代饮食结构的改变,胆石症发病率明显上升,已成为影响人类健康的常见病和多发病。探索胆固醇结石成因,寻找溶石途径对于胆石症的防止和治疗有重要的意义。我们的目标是:用热力学和动力学的方法,探讨影响人体胆汁稳定性的主要因素。 5、超临界微乳液的及其应用 制备食品级表面活性剂构成的超临界二氧化碳微乳液,探索超临界微乳液的相平衡,研究这类体系的温度、体积和压力等性质。为超临界微乳液的应用提供可靠的实验数据。采用超临界二氧化碳微乳液包封药物或食品,提高药物或食品的抗氧化性和水溶性。
