个人简介

王羽峰博士在2013年正式加入哈尔滨医科大学,作为特聘教授负责指导神经内分泌研究室在下丘脑-神经垂体系统有关的研究工作。王博士的科研训练是始于在哈尔滨医科大学程治平指导下的生殖生理学研究;先后在日本福井医科大学进行博士课程学习、在日本产业医科大学、耶鲁大学医学院、加州大学河滨分校继续接受博士后训练。从2006年起先后在加州大学河滨分校、路易斯安那州立大学什里夫波特分校医学院担任研究助教授。王博士曾是国际脑研究组织、美国生理学会、美国化学感受学会、美国神经科学学会和中国生理学会的会员以及FrontiersinCellularNeuroscience编委。王博士具有广泛的生理学教学经历,包括对美国医学生神经解剖和留学生生理学教学以及训练与指导博士生和博士后学者。其研究工作集中在阐明下丘脑-神经垂体系统的活动规律,主要包括以下几个方面。 1、哺乳期间催产素神经元的同步化激活的神经机制。研究旨在确立一个集成了哺乳期,性行为,睡眠,学习记忆,摄食和运动功能双边协调功能的新型大脑中枢。 2、加压素在脑水肿发生、发展中的作用及其过度分泌的机制。脑水肿是许多疾病发生与发展的重要的病理过程。我们利用新型缺血性脑中风与急性低钠血症动物实验模型,努力阐明星形胶质细胞对加压素分泌影响的规律,为治疗脑水肿提供新的靶点。 3、鼻腔应用药如何通过下丘脑-神经内分泌系统影响催产素与加压素相关的脑功能活动。此项研究将鉴定鼻-视上核神经通路,并开发一个简单,相对特异、有效的防止授乳失败、缓解脑水肿及其并发症的方法。
