(1) 催化剂和催化反应过程：催化新材料与催化剂制备，非均相催化反应过程开发 (2) 超临界流体技术：超临界聚合物加工，超临界反应，近临界水反应等。 (3) 反应器的非定态行为与动态操作：换向固定床反应器，强制振荡多相流反应器，电流振荡电化学反应器等。长期从事化学工程研究，以化学反应工程为主要方向。在应用基础研究方面的工作涉及催化反应工程及多相反应工程，反应器模型化及动态学，以及电化学反应器等
