表面活性剂化学;纳米材料;中草药萃取分离;复杂流体的分子热力学 主要从事新型表面活性剂的合成与表征;表面活性剂复配系统的自组装结构、流变性质、相行为、双水相系统的界面性质及其在中草药萃取分离纯化等方面的理论与应用研究;以表面活性剂复配系统的囊泡或胶束为模板进行纳米材料的合成及相关理论研究;表面活性剂复配系统的性质与相行为的特异离子效应与可调控性研究、分子热力学模型的建立与应用研究等。
