Injectable and malleable hydrogels promise to advance the in vitro culture and clinical administration of cell‐based therapies. In article number 1803087, Shaoyi Jiang and co‐workers introduce a versatile strategy to create highly biocompatible viscoelastic hydrogels by exploiting dynamic fusion interactions within poly(carboxybetaine) microgel assemblies. These zwitterionic injectable pellet (ZIP) constructs can form on‐demand stem cell culture scaffolds and protective injectable carriers.
