In article number 1901434, Jianli Cheng, Bin Wang, Jun Lu, and co‐workers report that the strong adsorption of zinc on N,O‐functionalized surficial sites of carbon fibers facilitates a Zn2+ uniform distribution and abates dendrite growth. The fabricated fiber‐shaped Zn/Co3O4 battery shows long cycle life in water and air, impressive flexibility, and high energy density.
