The X‐ray crystal structure of the DNA–Ag16 nanocluster, which is a near‐infrared emitter composed of sixteen Ag atoms and two DNA decamer fragments, is presented by T. Vosch, J. Kondo, et al. in their Communication (DOI: 10.1002/anie.201906766). The structural information will aid in the characterization of the photophysical properties of this class of emitters and opens up new research opportunities in fluorescence imaging and sensing.
