Porphyrin/MoS2 film for ultrasensitive dopamine detection

Abstract A new heterojunction film which own MoS2 as the sub-layer and porphyrin (meso-[5-[4(4-methyloxycarbonyl)phenyl][10,15,20-tri[4–tert–butylphenyl]]porphyrin, Por) as the top-lay has been fabricated and characterized. After fabricating into heterojunction film, the morphology and aggregation have been improved due to the effect of heterojunction structure. Furthermore, the devices based on the porphyrin/MoS2 heterojunction films show good sensitivity and selectivity in the detection towards dopamine.
