In article number 1900128, Jun Chen and co‐workers present an in situ study on hybrid structure field emitters with WSe2 monolayers on ZnO nanowires array. By geometrically modulating the WSe2 curvature, hotter field electrons can be induced, which helps obtain a low turn‐on field and high field emission stability.
