A practical and efficient method for synthesis of alkyl‐substituted 3,4‐dihydroquinolin‐2(1H)‐ones via cascade oxidative decarbonylative radical alkylation/cyclization of cinnamamides with aliphatic aldehydes under metal‐free conditions was developed. The reaction offers a complementary approach of regioselective intramolecular 6‐endotrig cyclization of cinnamamides with various primary, secondary and tertiary alkyl radicals generated from aliphatic aldehydes.
