Perovskites are star materials for various optoelectronic device applications. In article number 1700654, Linbao Luo and co‐workers synthesize a Cs doped FAPbI3 perovskite material through a simple spin‐coating method, via which FA1–xCsxPbI3 with different Cs doping levels (x = 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, and 0.3) can be obtained. Optoelectronic characterization reveals that the perovskite thin‐film‐based photodetector exhibits a very high specific detectivity and ultrafast response speed.
