In article 1701034, by Jia Li, Xidong Duan, and co‐workers, hexagonal bismuth tri‐iodide nanoplates are readily grown on SiO2/Si substrates or other 2DLMs (e.g., WSe2) to form van der Waals heterojunctions by a physical vapor deposition method. Electrical transport measurements of BiI3/WSe2 vertical heterojunctions demonstrate p–n diode characteristics and distinct photovoltaic effect.
