In article number 1700268, Qiaoliang Bao and co‐workers, report a highly efficient flexible MoTe2/graphene heterostructure photodetector that is fabricated for near‐infrared light detection. The devices exhibit a high responsivity that is nearly one thousand times better than a commercial photodiode at 1064 nm.
