The Cu ions, etched from the Cu1.94S template, can be adsorbed onto the surface of 1T′-TMDs in single atomic form, effectively stabilizing the metastable phase stability of 1T′-TMDs and enabling sustainable ampere-level electrochemical hydrogen production.
