Secondary tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is associated with poor prognosis in acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF). However, its dynamic evolution in response to volume status and treatment has never been previously investigated. In this study, we sought to explore the in-hospital evolution of TR in ADHF patients and to assess its prognostic implications.
