The heterogeneous phenotype of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is still not fully understood. Clonal haematopoiesis (CH) is emerging as a cardiovascular risk factor potentially associated with adverse clinical events. The prevalence, phenotype and outcomes related to CH in HCM patients were evaluated.
