We have developed bioorthogonal Cu single atom nanozyme (CuSACO) for specifically tumor-targeting and photoacoustic (PA) imaging-guided tumor multifunctional therapy including high-efficiency multienzyme catalytic activities (catalase (CAT), oxidase (OXD), peroxidase (POD)), photothermal therapy (PTT), cuproptosis and immunogenic cell death (ICD)-based immunotherapy, which effectively curb the growth, metastasis and recurrence of tumors.
