I take great honor and pleasure in addressing not only IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) members but all readers of our popular IEEE Industrial Electronics Magazine publication. While difficult to find a topic common to all, I am fortunate, as president of the IES, to highlight 2023 IES success stories and give a glimpse of the great initiatives planned for 2024.
