On page e945, in Figure 5:

The third row, the second box from the left read, “Rapid push of adenosine 0.3-4 mg/kg IV.” It has been updated to read, “Rapid push of adenosine 0.3-0.4 mg/kg IV.”

The fourth row, first box on the left, the fourth line read, “Procainamide 15 mg/kg IV OR....” It has been updated to read, “Procainamide 10 mg/kg IV OR....”
