This study developed ten novel acetohydrazide hybrid compounds containing furfuryloxy-1,2,3-triazole rings, evaluating their inhibitory effects on key enzymes (hAChE, hBChE, hCAI, and hCAII) involved in physiological processes. Compounds 9 demonstrated strong inhibitory activity against these enzymes, with low IC50 values, making them promising inhibitors for neurological and metabolic processes. In silico studies provided insights into their binding interactions with proteins.
