A 37 year-old African Caribbean male with primary open angle glaucoma presented with intraocular pressures of 46 and 35 mm Hg right and left and was treated with Monopost nocte and Simbrinza BD, with rapid pressure reduction to 12 mm Hg, bilaterally.
