An intelligent DNA nanoreactor (iDNR) following an “AND” Boolean logic algorithm was constructed. iDNR exhibits superior stability, improved binding affinity, and superior targeting/retention capability. It addresses previous limitations such as always “ON” or single-parameter responsive signal output, off-target effects, and high cost. Therefore, it enables the development of similar iDNRs for various biomedical applications.
