The third IEEE International Conference on Industrial Electronics for Sustainable Energy Systems (IESES 2023) was held 26–28 July 2023 in Shanghai, China. The general chairs were Prof. Chengbin Ma, Prof. Mo Yuen Chow, and Prof. Chandan Chakraborty. The Technical Program chairs were Prof. Federico Baronti, Prof. Nihal Kularatna, and Prof. Giampaolo Buticchi. The Industry Forum was organized by Industrial Advisory Committee Chairs Dr. Zhibo Pang, Dr. Bharat Balagopal, and Dr. Victor Huang.
