摘要-
Ca x Sr y B z F 2 ( x = 0.31–0.4045, y = 0.31–0.50, z = 0.10–0.38) 和 Ca x Sr y B z Yb 0.005 F 2.005 ( x = 0.295–0.495, y = 0.30–0.50, z = 0.10–0.40) 萤石固溶体是通过布里奇曼技术生长的,并且通过绝对稳态轴向热流技术在 50–300 K 范围内测量了它们的导热率。所有研究晶体的室温热导率均低于 2.5 W/(m·K)。随着固溶体重组分的百分比增加,它们的导热率降低。此外,该因素减少了异价掺杂剂YbF 3对晶体热导率的负面影响。
