We have constructed β-hydroxysulfides through a multi-component reaction, resulting in the synthesis of 34 compounds with a maximum yield of 87 %. The reaction exhibited good substrate compatibility, simple operation, and cost-effectiveness with readily available starting materials. This holds promise for applications in the synthesis of bioactive molecules.
