Synthesis of New 4-[{2′-(2H-Tetrazol-5-yl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)methyl}(2-R-2-oxoethyl)amino]benzoic Acid Derivatives as Potent Biological Agents with Docking Studies

Abstract

A series of 4-[{2′-(2H-tetrazole-5-yl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl}methyl)(2-R-2-oxoethyl)amino]benzoic acid derivatives was synthesized. The obtained compounds were screened for their antibacterial, anticancer and anti-TB activities. In addition, in silico molecular docking studies were carried out on targeted enzymes P38 MAP kinase protein. Calculated ADME properties suggested that the synthesized compounds obeyed all five rules with good bioavailability and there might be no any possibility of causing harmful toxicants, therefore these compounds may be used as drugs.

摘要

一系列4-[{2′-(2 H-四唑-5-基)-[1,1′-联苯]-4-基}甲基)(2-R-2-氧代乙基)氨基]苯甲酸衍生物被合成。对所得化合物的抗菌、抗癌和抗结核活性进行了筛选。此外,还对靶向酶 P38 MAP 激酶蛋白进行了计算机分子对接研究。计算的ADME性质表明,合成的化合物符合所有五项规则,具有良好的生物利用度,并且不存在引起有害毒物的可能性,因此这些化合物可以用作药物。
