Facile Synthesis of Diethyl {Aryl-[(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)amino]methyl}phosphonates and Their Antimicrobial Activity

Abstract

The three component, one-pot convenient and facile synthesis of benzimidazolyl α-aminophosphonates was achieved from 1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-amine, aryl aldehyde and diethyl phosphite using Kabachnik–Fields reaction in the presence of an efficient heterogeneous nano CaO catalyst under microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions with excellent yields. The major advantages of the present method are short reaction times, recyclable catalyst and high yields. The newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity which showed good activity compared to standard.

摘要

苯并咪唑基 α-氨基膦酸酯的三组分、一锅法简便易行的合成是在高效非均相纳米存在下,由 1 H-苯并[ d ]咪唑-2-胺、芳基醛和亚磷酸二乙酯通过 Kabachnik–Fields 反应实现的CaO 催化剂在微波辐射和无溶剂条件下具有优异的产率。本方法的主要优点是反应时间短、催化剂可回收和收率高。评估了新合成的化合物的抗菌活性,与标准品相比显示出良好的活性。
