A series of bimetallic Co−Ni two-dimensional polymer model oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts with well-defined architecture, monolayer characteristic, different metal center spacing or different conjugation degree of bridge skeleton were designed and synthesized to explore the influence of the coupling strength between metal centers for OER.
