The medium-ring molecular design strategy enables the first example of blue multi-resonance emitter with radiative decay rate (kR) as fast as 108 s−1 and reverse intersystem crossing rate (kRISC) as fast as 106 s−1 simultaneously. It exhibits superior electroluminescence performance with high efficiency and low efficiency roll-off.
