从担子菌Ganoderma weberianum TBRC-BCC 60642培养物中分离出八种未描述的羊毛甾烷三萜类化合物 ( 1-8 )。菌丝体培养物和子实体之间羊毛甾烷成分的结构类型不同。Lanostanes 2、3和6对恶性疟原虫K1显示出中等的抗疟活性( IC 50 10–15 μM)。
