In this work, incorporating donor-acceptor structured AIE molecule (TPE-TCF) into the perovskite precursor solution can improve the morphology of perovskite film and suppress nonradiative carrier recombination, leading to perovskite solar cells with reduced trap density and negligible hysteresis. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of TPE-TCF-treated PSCs achieved a remarkably enhanced from 15.63 to 19.66 % with high charge transport and defects passivation under air condition without a glovebox.
