A series of imidazopyrazine derivatives were synthesized, in which compound A1 showed the strongest anti-inflammatory activity in vitro and in vivo. The EC50 of the activity inhibition rate of compound A1 was lower than that of the positive control, and the toxicity of compound A1 was less than that of dexamethasone as a whole.
