Exact characterization of micro- and mesopore surface areas and pore volumes of micro-/mesoporous catalysts can be achieved by corrections of t-plot analysis performed from nitrogen adsorption isotherms at 77 K. Until now, these corrections were restricted to mesoporous FAU-Y zeolites. By analyzing mixtures of purely mesoporous materials as MCM-41 and zeolites, these corrections are now available for hierarchical MFI, *BEA, and MOR zeolites.
