Majestic Michael! The utility of chiral proline-based organocatalysts in asymmetric Michael addition, an illustrious organic transformation has been reviewed. The organocatalysts play a significant role by inducing chirality into the adducts. We intend to believe that this review will stimulate the development of new approaches for enantioselective Michael additions.
