棉纤维素、粉末纤维素、微晶纤维素和纳米纤维素用一氯乙酸通过悬浮法在乙醇介质中进行羧甲基化。纤维素原料、氢氧化钠浓度、NaOH/脱水葡萄糖单元摩尔比、一氯乙酸用量、反应温度和醚化时间等反应条件对产品质量的影响,特别是羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度、聚合度和水溶性, 进行了研究。通过控制这些参数,从棉纤维素、粉末纤维素、微晶纤维素和纳米纤维素中获得了完全水溶性的羧甲基纤维素钠样品,取代度在0.75、1.47、0.88和1.23之间。
