Improving the efficiency of inverted perovskite solar cells by Bis(acetylacetonato)dioxomolybdenum(VI)-doped PEDOT:PSS

Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells (PSCs) with Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) as hole transport layer on account of its low-temperature solution processability, good flexibility and good film forming ability. Bis(acetylacetonato)dioxomolybdenum(VI) [CH3COCH = (O-)CH3]2MoO2 (BADM) as an effective dopant has been introduced into PEDOT:PSS for planar PSCs. The results show that the power conversion efficiency (PCE) is increased from 14.26% to 17.11% by using BADM to modify PEDOT:PSS, which is mainly due to the increase of filling factor and short circuit current density. Not only that, BADM doping can also improve the extensibility of perovskite film, which can be reflected on flexible substrate, when slightly bending, there are almost no cracks.
